Emmanuel Lutheran Church

I look forward to meeting new people at each Sunday service. It's one of the joys of congregational life at Emmanuel. We welcome visitors and neighbors to our worship as well as to our many diverse activities. From the music program that includes three choirs to the study programs on Sundays and Wednesdays, members and friends are invited to join in serious discussions of faith and curiosity about current issues in the life of the Christian Church today. Working together with a local Jewish congregation, Emmanuel enjoys an interfaith study with members of our two congregations. In the spirit of ecumenism, Emmanuel co-hosts an annual study with our neighbors at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church to explore our shared Christian faith. We reach out to help the needy in our local community, by working with organizations like the county's Community Based Shelter and internationally through our support of the ELCA Global Mission and our missionary family in Madagascar.

The youth of the Church are actively involved in local and national programs to increase spiritual growth and provide assistance to people in need. When you search for a place to explore what the Church is doing today, know that you are welcome to join us and experience the spirit of Emmanuel.
